Novaldi is an integrated offer for tertiary building renovation projects that takes account of their usage by adopting a specific approach to create value: the Usage Performance Contract (CPU Building®)

The offer is built on three pillars:

  • a successful renovation, guaranteed by a single point of contact, who manages the various phases of the project, 
  • spaces designed for user comfort and adapted to different ways of working, 
  • the optimisation of real estate costs by rationalising space (densification) and guaranteeing the operating costs. 

Novaldi supplements these three pillars by including an environmental dimension. The offer includes technical solutions to improve energy efficiency, support the certification of the building and raise awareness amongst users of the importance of sustainable development.

Novaldi offers a made-to-measure solution with its five-step approach to project management, right from the design phase. 

The coherence and the smooth transition between the various phases are guaranteed by Building Information Modeling (BIM), which models the building’s data using a living 3D digital model.
The result is a commitment to the technical and energy performance of the buildings.
